Newly refurbished apartment in heart of Bury St Edmund's with stunning views of the Historic Norman Tower and Cathedral Gate. The apartment is a stone throw away from the Landmark Angel Hotel, the delightful Abbey Gardens and is in easy walking distance from plenty of shops and restaurants. The flat is in the perfect location to explore all that Bury St Edmunds has to offer on foot. It is also a great base to explore the rest of the region.

Perfect for families as the large bedroom can be split split into 2 full size single beds if required.
There is a newly refurbished kitchen with a dishwasher, cooking facilities and fridge freezer . There is also a washing machine which guest can use with products provided.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms 1 room is super king (can be split into 2 single beds if prefered) 2nd room has king size bed with en-suite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom. There is a large living space space with both a kitchen and lounge area and dining table.

Access will be via lock box. I will always be available via my telephone for other queries and concerns.

The apartment is in perfect location to explore the historic town of Bury St Edmunds. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

The train station is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the apartment as the station is located slightly out of town. Parking by the flat is limited to (paid) on street parking. There is nearby car park located a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Please note the apartment is located on the first floor and the only access is via stairs.

Whilst the apartment is accessed through a court yard this court yard is not for use.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
